Kelly’s Logan House has been a part of Wilmington’s landscape since 1864. In 1889 the building was purchased by “Whiskers” Kelly and has been in the family ever since. The Logan House has seen many changes in it’s 137 year history. It was originally a hotel named after Civil War hero, General John Logan, (Hence the name Logan House) It hosted such notable figures as Al Capone, Wild Bill Hickock and John L. Sullivan.

Locals could be seen arriving on horseback to have a draft with friends at Kelly’s towards the end of the 19th century. In the first half or the 20th century, the area known as Trolley Square was home to a B & O railroad station located where Acme now stands. With all this history, The Logan House was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Now in its third century, the Bar at Kelly's Logan House is a warm and friendly pub where friends gather every night to enjoy a cold drink. The bar features a great selection of draft beers and premium liquors. Looking for a place to relax and catch up with some friends? Pull up a stool and we'll pull you a pint.
